Based on article 13 of the legal decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 the person concerned is previously informed in writing concerning:
  a) the aim and formalities of the treatment for whom the data belongs to:
the personal data supplied spontaneously by you will be treated by Lovato Electric S.p.A. with electronic and paper instruments, in order to carry out marketing, market surveys, direct sales or the dispatch of technical, promotional or commercial communications with the following means of communication at a distance: fax, Email, printouts with address;
       
  b) the nature of the bestowal of data is optional;
       
  c) an eventual refusal to respond will make it impossible to pursue the aim of point a);
       
  d) the personal data can be treated by the sales manager, the employees of the sales office and by our sales force, respectively in his capacity of the person responsible and delegates for handling the data;
       
  e) the rights of the person concerned referring to article 7 are the following:
    1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or non- existence of personal data that deals with him, even though it hasn't been registered yet, and its communication in an intelligible form.
    2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the information concerning:
      a) the origin of the personal data;
      b) the aim and formality of the treatment;
      c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
      d) identification extremes of the owner, the persons responsible and the representative appointed based on article 5 comma 2;
      e) the subjects or the category of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or that can come to the knowledge, in their capacity of representatives appointed in the State territory, of representatives or entrusted.
    3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
      a) the updating, the rectification or when he has the interest, the integration of data;
      b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of treated data in violation of law, including those which the preservation is not necessary in relation to the objectives for which, data has been gathered or subsequently treated;
      c) the affirmation that the operation of letters a) and b) have been understood, also concerning their contents, for those whose data has been communicated or distributed, except in the case where such execution is impossible or involves a use of means that is obviously out of proportion compared to the right being protected.
    4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, completely or in part:
      a)for legitimate motivations concerning the treatment of personal data that concerns him, even if it is aimed at being gathered;
      b) concerning the treatment of personal data that concerns him with the scope of sending advertising material or direct sales or to conduct market research or commercial communication.
       
  f) the owner of the treatment is Lovato Electric S.p.A., via Don Emilio Mazza n.12, 24020 Gorle (BG), in the person of legal representative.
       
The person responsible for dealing with the data to whom people shall refer for the exercise of the rights of article 7, of the legal decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 is the sales manager.
